For Japan

We have all been horrified and send our heart out to all the people affected by the ongoing disaster in Japan, caused by the earthquake and subsequent tsunami. The true extent of the disaster is sadly yet to be fully realised and the relief effort still needs more funds.

Bands from all over the world have contributed to 'Punk 4 Japan'. For a mere £6 you will get over 80 fantastic tracks and 100% of the money raised will go to the Red Cross's Disaster Relief Fund and will help provide first aid and shelter for those affected.

(There is even a third volume coming out soon that will feature my good friends Emergency Bitter)

Indulgence: Rock Hunter

I'm working away so hard at the moment, splitting my time between my uni work, organising bits and pieces for moving my little shop to Etsy and getting stuff together to finally move in to the new house at the beginning next week (at long last! Thanks for bearing with me x )

My little respite from all that today was putting together my first Etsy treasury. I think the theme was very apt...

And my own little creation - my Day of the Dead skull is a painted Margarita bottle. Pictured here with Zoltan the Magnificent, our balcony garden gnome, who is painted on an old Limoncello bottle.
